Advice, Future Mother-in-law problems5 Comments

Hi, I’m posting on behalf of my fiancée, she discovered this site but wanted me to post on it for her. Hope that’s okay?

Well, here’s the story. My fiancée and I started dating in 2008 and we got engaged last year. Since last year we have been living with my parents (until we can afford our own place). Everything was fine to begin with, my mother loved my fiancée, even inviting her to days out with her and my sister (which she’s never done with anyone else other than her close friends, I never even got a look in before my fiancée).
Then something happened at the house of other member of my family during a party (involving my fiancée, but was not her fault in the slightest), we know what happened was wrong and we got the police involved but the member of my family whose home it was denied…

my mother in law is always criticizing me..always backbites me to my husband..
my husband is very nice to me but wen my MIL criticizes me to my husband, i don’t know what happens to him..he starts scolding me for things not done properly and all that stuff..
then for 2-3 days he doesn’t talk to me..
what do i do…plz help
