mommy said he was not allowed to sell it, so we attempted to get renters… that she ran off every few months. her plan worked, she offered to pay it off so we would not have 2 house payments… boy, did she get a deal !! … and went to a sneaky lawyer as i never signed the legal papers to transfer the deed … yes he owned it before we married, but we were married when he let her have it….without me signing anything !! they share a post office box so he can get mail he does not want me to know about … and like today, we are both off, and he is spending it with mommy, fixing something for her, while i call to hire help here !!! … this man is 48 years old… no wonder he is on his 3rd marriage… and i will not be surprised when our 10 yr. old daughter goes off to college …i will go off somewhere as well as a traveling nurse … but before i leave i may finially go talk to a lawyer myself and see if i can not get my part of this house … at least his 40 yr. old and 51 yr. old brothers were smart enough not to even bother getting married …
