I have nowhere else I can really post this. Ladies, can I just tell you...confronting your IL's is the absolute BEST feeling you will ever have! Confront them and then watch them squirm! Even better: get your partner/husband to confront them. I'm enjoying watching my IL's squirm, I can tell you that much. We put them right in their place, and they came out whining, crying, fussing, blaming, finger-pointing, denying and then of course comes the smear campaign. That's OK, folks...we live far enough away that it doesn't matter. They can cry all they want to their little circle of friends. Vindication tastes incredibly sweet, and I hope you all manage to serve up a delicious scoop of it in your own IL situations. Cheers!

My husband has put his mother in her place a few times but each time she manipulates it to seem like our fault. Most recently she has been flat out lying about situations to try to guilt him. Well not anymore, we both caught on to you game honey and it won't be happening anymore!
