When my husband and I first met, we fell for one another. Four months later, I found out I was pregnant. Well, the first thing she said was “How in the hell could you be so stupid”? The second thing she said to me was, ”My son is not ready to be a father so why don’t you have an abortion and just forget about him!” And of course I was furious. Then she said “If you want to keep him (the baby), I’m not going to raise him,and my son has no responsibility to you”. When my husband found out what she had said, he agreed with her.

Sorry but it sounds like your husband is the one in the wrong for agreeing with her that is his child and you are married he helped to plant the seed!
And you are still with him why?! If your MIL dosen’t want anything to do with your child then yea she shouldn’t be in his life, now as for the father….you did not climb ontop of yourself and get yourself prego…you are not the virgin mary, so if he wasn’t ready for the consequenses then he shouldn’t have done it. This is a very touchy issue for me especially when someone says get an abortion……there are people out there like me that can’t have children….please don’t go down that road. Besides that I am speechless……..
