Mother-in-law Hell

now ladies i am 20 years old. my husband and i have been married almost 2 years. we met may of 2006. got engaged june 2006. got pregnant july 2006. found out i was pregnant august 2006. got married september 2006. i know not a long time knowing each other. but it was love at first site. well to start off from the first day i meet his mom his mom has told chuk (my husband) that he could do better. then of course she played nice to my face. well the day my daughter was born she decided she wanted to grab me and when she did it set me into preterm labor. we just found out that day that my daughter was breech. i was exactlly 8 months pregnant. she called me every name in the book. said she was going to take my daughter away from me that i was a bad wife. i was rushed to the hospital and of course my husband brought her. i was so mad. security almost had to escort her out of the hospital. my daughter and i almost died that day because she grabbed me the wrong way. i had to have an emergency c-section. what kind of person would risk harming their grandchild just because she was mad at me.

when i first met chuks dad and step mom mary they had already had their thoughts on me. they even told my husband that i was a “piece of shit”. mary is a stoner and charlie is always on the road. he is a truck driver. they both are the type of people who thinks they are better than everyone else. chuk, chloe and i lived with charlie for awhile when him and mary were seperated. well charlie was always putting his nose in our business. it caused so much stress on chuk and i where we ended up spliting up. charlie convinced chuk to put a restraining order on me and lie to the court and tell them that i abused my child. charlie just wanted to hurt me thats all. i got to see chloe for three hours a day for two days. and it had to be supervised. he doesnt care about her. he never has. mary ended up comming back with in that time and god only knows what she did to my child. chuk and i worked things out and i ended up comming back there. BIG MISTAKE comming back there. but chuk and i were just waiting for our apartment to become open. well a couple months later when it was time to move out chuk told me he spend the down payment money and said he wasnt moving out of his daddies house. he called the cops and told them that i took a handful of pills. mary of course had to put her two sense in. which keep in mind she knew nothing that was going on. when the cops got there i had myself locked in my daughters room getting her ready. i already called my mom to come get her. the cops had to take me to the hospital just be on the safe side and they made me leave chloe with chuk. the doctors did blood work and proved that i didnt take anything that chuk just made things up. when i got out of the hospital my dad took me back to the house so i could get my daughter and take her to daycare and i can go to work. well chuk ended up taking her. i didnt see her for two weeks after that. i spoke to the courts and there was nothing i could do because we are married. i got custody of her on valentines day. we moved into the apartment. and everysince mary has done nothing but run her mouth. she has a cafemom account and she is slandering me all over there. she says that im a drugy and that im cheating on my husband and that i beat my child. which non of which is true. she watches her two grandkids and i know for a fact that she beats the oldest. ive seen it myself. ive tried to turn her into childrens services but they needed proof. i will get some done worry. that little boy needs to be safe. my husband is going to testify to everything he has seen. the times when she was stoned watching them, the times she would almost break his arm just cause he is playing with toys. see ladies its an in an out of court battle with this women. my husband and i want her out of our lifes but right now she cant cause some of our stuff is still there and she wont let us have any of it. my husbands car is there and she wont even let him have it.
