Mother-in-law Hell

My husband and I have been married for nine years and my mother in law STILL treats me awful. We are building a new house and she comes over nearly every day to “check the progress”…she is upset that we are not using her used bathtub and carpet from her home, to put in our new home. she wanted us to put the 20yr old carpet from her basement in our new house. She constantly makes fun of me and asks me very personal questions while my husband is out of the room…so..I begged him to hide around the corner so he could hear what she says to me when he isn’t there, well…he did and FINALLY he got to see what I was complaining about. Now after all these year…he finally believes me and supports me in FULL when it comes to his mother. Im not this monster in laws only daughter in law…I have 1 wonderful sister in law from my husbands little brother…she is awesome! But…my mother in law treats her terrible. My “Good” sister in law works in law enforcement and has to sleep during the day ( as I did when I worked in law enforcement) well…I told my good sister in law about all the ways my mother in law liked to wake me up when I worked nights and slept days and she topped them all with my sister in law….my mother in law used her key to get in the house …walked to her bedroom and pulled th covers off of her while she slept and yelled GET UP..YOU HAVE COMPANY! UGH! When I worked nights she would call on the phone or stand on the porch and yell “NIGHT TIME IS FOR SLEEPING DAY TIME IS FOR WORKING!” My mother in law sells vitamins from a pyramid scam type of place and she will order vitamins for us and not even ask if we want them then present us with a 300 dollar bill for the stupid vitamins! ahhh! this woman is driving me insane!
